You have 28 days after receiving your order to return any items.

Please email us at service@sabbotheadwear.co.uk or call 01428 755650 (Mon-Friday 8am – 5.30pm) advising us of your intention to return your order.

Please enclose proof of purchase and invoice number. Subject to your return being in pristine condition, with labels attached, we will refund you in full.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Anything ordered in the months of November and December can be returned before 20th January.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders are generally picked, packed and dispatched within 2 hours of the order being placed, except for evenings and weekends, therefore it is not always possible to cancel an order. In the first instance, please call us on our Hot Line 07792 554989 and we will advise if cancellation is possible.

If the order has already been processed then the customer must return the goods. Please see RETURNS section of our website on how to return your order. If we can cancel your order, or if they are returned, we will arrange a refund via your original payment method.
